Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 417 Motoring website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on 417 Motoring's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

Payment

All payments are processed through eBay's managed payment system.

We accept credit cards and cash for approved local pickup orders.

Orders must be paid within 3 calendar days of purchase. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order, relist the item, and file an Unpaid Item claim with eBay.

Sales tax is collected by eBay where applicable. We do not control tax rates or calculations.

Shipping (Non-Freight)

Orders ship on the next business day after the payment has cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and reserve the right to select or change carriers as needed.

Shipping rates are based on the destination ZIP code and apply to the lower 48 states only.

Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Buyers must contact us before purchasing to confirm availability. All expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

International orders are shipped exclusively through eBay's International Shipping Program.

We do not control international shipping costs, taxes, customs fees, or tracking for international orders. Please contact eBay directly with questions regarding international shipments.

Local pickup is available for all items. Buyers must contact us in advance to ensure the order is prepared.

Freight Shipping

Large items (including but not limited to engines, transmissions, body panels, axles, exhausts, interiors, cradles, etc.) ship via freight.

Freight orders ship within 1–3 business days after cleared payment and receipt of required delivery information.

Freight transit times may take up to 7 business days.

eBay's flat-rate freight pricing applies only to commercially zoned addresses with a dock or forklift and semi-truck access.

Locations without a dock or forklift require a liftgate service, which must be disclosed at time of purchase.

Residential freight delivery must be quoted prior to purchase and typically costs significantly more than commercial delivery.

Return

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us before initiating a return.

We offer a 60-day return period, beginning on the delivery date.

All parts are inspected and tested prior to shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Paint color matching is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for color or paint mismatches due to repainting, fading, or manufacturer variations.

Returns due to buyer error or preference (including but not limited to “ordered by mistake,” “does not fit,” “changed mind,” or “found better price”) are subject to a 20% deduction, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items returned damaged or not in original condition may incur up to a 50% deduction.

All items include a seller identification mark and are inspected upon return. Refunds will only be issued for items returned with this identifier intact.

If damage occurs during shipping, buyers must provide sufficient documentation to support a carrier damage claim.

We are not responsible for installation errors, labor costs, or related expenses.

No returns on international orders.

Special-order items (including body cuts, frame cuts, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable.

Warranty

This part includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for this part.

If the part is defective during the warranty period, we will replace the part or refund the purchase price. This warranty applies to the part only and does not cover labor, installation, fluids, accessories, or incidental expenses.

The warranty is void if the part is installed incorrectly, misused, abused, modified, or if proper maintenance is not followed. Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified repair facility. All parts are sold as tested and inspected for functionality; the installer is responsible for fitment verification.

Airbags and SRS components are sold AS IS with no warranty. Sheet metal parts are warranted only against factory corrosion under normal use.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or harmful material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or any other person
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the website or servers

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 417 Motoring or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The materials on 417 Motoring's website are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 417 Motoring or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Changes to Terms
